Shipping policy

Shipping & Damage Policy: Many of our items are fragile, and we take great care to package them securely. Our shipping prices reflect the cost of proper packaging and insurance to protect your purchase. However, once the item leaves our hands, we have no control over how shippers handle it. By purchasing, the buyer assumes the risk of potential damage during the shipping process.

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photos of the box and the item. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf with the hopes of being able to do a full refund for the item's purchase price (this does not include shipping costs). While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during transit.
