All items are sold as-is and are final sale. Since our collection includes vintage and antique pieces, we do our best to provide accurate descriptions based on inspection, professional knowledge and thorough research. Due to their antique and vintage nature, our items could show signs of age and wear. It is up to the buyer to carefully read through product descriptions while viewing all pictures shared before purchasing.
We encourage customers to reach out with any questions prior to purchase. Our team is happy to provide additional details, photos, or videos to ensure confidence in your decision.
Shipping & Damage Policy: Many of our items are fragile, and we take great care to package them securely. Our shipping prices reflect the cost of proper packaging and insurance to protect your purchase. However, once the item leaves our hands, we have no control over how shippers handle it. By purchasing, the buyer assumes the risk of potential damage during the shipping process.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photos of the box and the item. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf with the hopes of being able to do a full refund for the item's purchase price (this does not include shipping costs). While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during transit.
In-Store Purchase Policy:
All in-store purchases are final sale. We are not responsible for any damage incurred once the item has left our premises. Many of our pieces are fragile, and we take great care to ensure they are securely packaged at the time of purchase.
Once an item has been purchased and leaves our store, it is the buyer’s responsibility to handle and transport it with care. We are not liable for any damage resulting from customer handling after the sale is complete.
If an item requires repair, we are happy to assist customers by offering repair guidance or referring them to a trusted specialist for certain items. However, we are not liable for any repair costs incurred.
